Our approach to total well-being is based on the book written by Robert Brinsmead "This Is Life". We believe it contains the seeds to transform a person’s life into a dynamic “New Person” reflecting the Life and Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. A transformed life is God’s mandate and purpose for everyone who commits their life to His care. 

This Is Life explains the ten “Laws of Life”, in a simplistic and yet profound presentation. The book starts us on a journey to the top of the mountain; it doesn’t take long though before the chapters unfold and unpack the plan of God and how to put the elements of Biblical truth together in our lives; His nature, character, personality and the Love of God. 

Soon you start to feel the changes taking place in your body, mind, and emotions, as well as in your spirit. God designed these truths to bring power to your personal life and the life of the Church. In other words it begins to TRANSFORM both you and your local Church.  This simple little book called This Is Life; contains the DUNAMIS (dynamite) of God’s Word in positive and practical ways to set us free to experience LIFE AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE.  (John 10:10)
